Meditation is a form of mental training that has therapeutic potential and cognitive benefits may enhance attention, well-being, neuroplasticity. However, the learning process not easy because meditators do receive immediate feedback lets them know if they are correctly doing activity. EEG Neurofeedback one techniques to train brain self-regulation it increase effectiveness meditation. greatly differ between subjects with high percentage inefficacy. In this work, an Training System proposed based on user-centered design methodology provide real-time performance levels attention relaxation through visual, sound smell stimuli interface.
